Crossing of Wires: Golden Son and Petite Ame
I've mentioned before that I'm a toy maker, and every once in a blue moon I will share something that I'm working on. Mostly however, I keep my two lives separate, at least publicly. My mind is an entirely different story. I cannot tell you how many times I have been influenced by my reading life, something about a character sticks with me and it manifests into something.

ReplyDeleteThanks Sarah! Yellow is my favorite color, so I rarely make anything in yellow. I normally want to hoard them all to myself but this just needed to be made. I've got Evey nearly together and one more to go. I'll be sure to update with more pictures when I'm all done.
DeleteHm. I've also done Chessie (from Downside), Lyra (from His Dark Materials), Ellie from Up, Selah and Mosaic (from Parabolis), Draco (from HP, duh), and I'm sure countless others who influenced me. It's funny how your brain chews something up and to see in manifest in something else entirely.
HE IS SO FREAKIN' CUTE. I WANT TO SQUISH HIM TO DEATH AND THEN GIVE HIM SOME PORRIDGE.
